Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced remote customer service representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a member services representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to our clients. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $20 per hour, as well as opportunities for growth and professional development. Key Responsibilities Complete data entry and reconciliation tasks with accuracy and attention to detail Coordinate return items with individuals, external merchants, the Central Bank, and other institutions Assist other departments with fraud detection, member requests, and related accounting general ledger reconciliations Work on member cases/activities assigned and follow established procedures and guidelines Process advance payments, multi-record and member deposits, credit card payments, and other checks, such as IRA, bankruptcy, and result checks Review, analyze, and support remote deposit, mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products Log, research, and make necessary GL, account adjustments, and/or returns Process stop payments and check collections Complete daily balancing and branch closing tasks Acquire information from members for the timely and accurate processing of international and domestic funds transfer requests Research and verify incoming and outgoing funds transfer data Communicate with vendors to facilitate funds transfers Understand and be aware of incoming and outgoing funds transfer regulations Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Access Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with ease Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Past client/part service experience Past banking or credit union experience Episys/Symitar and wire transfer processing experience Knowledge of NACHA rules and regulations and Government Banking regulations Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong customer service skills and ability to work with diverse clients Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Access Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and professional development.
