Job Overview In this critical role, you will serve as a liaison between our field technicians, customers, and internal teams, providing accurate and efficient support to resolve emerging problems and deliver exceptional customer service. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for receiving and resolving customer inquiries, creating and assigning work orders, dispatching and tracking marketers, and ensuring timely completion of all assigned tasks. Key Responsibilities: Act as a primary point of contact for customers, field technicians, and vendors, providing product and service information, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Receive and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of all issues. Create and assign work orders to vendors, dispatch and track marketers, and ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks. Quote services to customers based on market pricing, and provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints, and provide feedback and recommendations to improve our products and services. Prepare work orders for invoicing, add costs to individual work orders, and generate reports within our proprietary systems. Provide daily updates to customers on emergency call-out requests, and track and follow up on all open work orders. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, marketers, and customers, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution. Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: At least 1 year of previous experience working with customers in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Proficiency in MS Excel, with at least 1 year of experience using the software. Ability to work under limited supervision, with excellent organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Dependable and reliable, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our team. Preferred Experience and Capabilities: While not essential, the following experience and capabilities are preferred: Ability to quote pricing, with experience in a similar role. Previous experience working in a remote or home-based environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively. Knowledge of our industry or products, with a strong desire to learn and develop your skills and knowledge.
