Determine offerings that customers are missing and make upgrade and add-on service recommendations to enhance their experience. Ensure First Call Resolution (FCR) and complete Customer Satisfaction (VOC), striving to deliver exceptional service on every call. Code sales accurately and completely, maintaining high levels of data integrity and attention to detail. Utilize your quick thinking and problem-solving skills to manage client needs effectively, promoting additional products and services where applicable. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: Familiarity with company processes and policies, or the ability to learn them quickly. Clear, confident, and professional communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients. Understanding of "client call flow" and the ability to navigate it effectively. Assertiveness to promote additional products and services, coupled with empathy and a sincere desire to assist and prioritize the customer. Tenacity to understand and deliver on customers' needs, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Telemarketing experience, which would be beneficial in promoting additional products and services to clients. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in a call center environment. Familiarity with billing systems and processes, which would be an asset in this position.
