Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and tech-savvy Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working overnight shifts on weekends. As a key member of our customer service team, you will communicate with customers, including patients, physicians, providers, and internal customers, providing accurate and timely resolution to all inquiries and issues. Key Responsibilities Communicate effectively with customers, including patients, physicians, providers, and internal customers, to resolve inquiries and issues in a timely and accurate manner Utilize multiple software programs simultaneously to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction Meet or exceed performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets Must-Have Qualifications 1+ years of experience in a call center environment, preferably in a customer-facing role Highly tech-savvy, with the ability to use multiple software programs simultaneously (at least 4) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customer groups Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a healthcare or medical-related field, with knowledge of medical terminology and procedures Previous experience working in a remote or virtual call center environment Certifications or training in customer service, such as Six Sigma or customer service certifications Proficiency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups Schedule and Compensation The scheduled hours for this part-time position are: Saturday: 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM Sunday: 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM Monday: 6:30 PM - 3:00 AM This schedule represents a 24-hour work week. Additionally, there is a shift differential, with hourly rates as follows: Saturday: $19.20/hour Sunday: $18.40/hour Monday: $16.00/hour While we cannot guarantee additional shifts or 40 hours of work, there may be opportunities to pick up extra shifts as needed.
