Job Overview In this critical role, you will be responsible for handling customer service inquiries from various stakeholders, including members, providers, physicians, and internal and external clients. Your primary focus will be on researching and resolving problems related to pharmacy benefits in a timely and efficient manner. You will also assist members in understanding and maximizing the use of their pharmacy distribution program, ensuring that they receive the best possible support and care.
