Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities of remote work. Knowledge of customer service software and technology, including CRM systems and helpdesk platforms. Certifications or training in customer service, such as CSS or CCE, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
