Key Responsibilities Collaboration (20%) : Work with blithequark partners and service providers to facilitate sales and appointment completion, ensuring seamless communication and coordination to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction. Communication (40%) : Call customers to review products and set appointments, utilizing proven sales strategies to close deals and meet sales targets, while providing exceptional customer care and support. Customer Support (20%) : Provide consultative customer care and a seamless sales experience by phone, building affinity and trust to meet and surpass sales goals and call quality requirements, while collaborating with clients, service providers, and blithequark partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences. THD Process and Strategy (20%) : Identify and address customer, service provider, and blithequark partner issues promptly, utilizing established processes and strategies to resolve issues efficiently and effectively. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as sales, marketing, or customer service. Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and computer proficiency, with the ability to learn and utilize new software and systems. A reliable internet connection with a speed of 10 Mbp/s download and 3 Mbp/s upload, to support remote work requirements.
