Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service across various channels, including phone, chat, social media, and email, ensuring prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries and concerns. Think critically and respond quickly to customer questions, resolving issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining a polite, empathic, and professional tone. Assess customer needs and provide personalized support to achieve first-contact resolutions, building sustainable relationships and engagements. Follow established customer service procedures, best practices, and policies to ensure consistency and quality in all interactions. Manage and prioritize multiple customer contacts simultaneously, staying within service level agreement (SLA) times for all channels. Collaborate with management and administration to perform additional duties and tasks as required. Essential Qualifications and Skills Education and Experience High school degree or equivalent required. Previous experience in customer support, client services, or a related field is highly desirable. Social media experience is preferred. Skills and Competencies Excellent multitasking and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers over the phone, via chat, social media platforms, or through email. Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts. Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and customer interactions simultaneously. High level of organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
