Utilizing web-based applications and software to manage customer interactions, resolve issues, and access relevant information. Collaborating with internal teams, such as operations and sales, to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve complex issues. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., customer service, hospitality, communications) is an asset. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely. Strong customer service orientation and a proven track record of exceeding customer expectations in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and proficiency in navigating web-based applications, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly. A quiet, dedicated, and distraction-free workspace at home with a reliable internet connection (minimum speed of 25 Mbps).
