Offer detailed information on flight schedules, fares, and other relevant travel details, ensuring customers are well-informed and prepared for their journeys. Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency, turning potentially negative experiences into positive outcomes. Qualifications and Skills Essential Qualifications Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline or travel industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support.
