Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during business hours (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 11:00-5:00 EST) Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner Multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and resolve issues effectively Maintain accurate records and notes regarding customer interactions, issues, and resolutions Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience Perform additional administrative tasks, such as contacting vendors and placing orders Troubleshoot and resolve order issues, including delays and shipping issues Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred 1-2 years of customer service experience; sales experience a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in English; strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in using computer software and technology, including CRM systems Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a remote work environment Familiarity with order management systems and shipping logistics Experience with vendor management and procurement Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Skills and Competencies Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong multitasking and time management abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Proficiency in using technology and software applications Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
