As a Remote Customer Service Specialist with blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective resolutions to their inquiries and concerns. Compensation, Scheduling, and Training Details Pay Rate: $17.85 per hour, with earning potential up to $18.74 per hour within the program. Location: Work from Home - Must reside in Texas or Tennessee to qualify. Schedule: A minimum of 38 hours per week, scheduled between 12 pm - 10 pm CST, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Overtime will be scheduled as necessary. Training: 5 weeks of paid training, comprising self-led activities, instructor-led curriculum, and on-the-job training to ensure your success. A Typical Day as a Customer Service Specialist As a Customer Service Specialist with blithequark, your day will be filled with a variety of tasks and challenges. Here's a snapshot of what you can expect: Interacting with hundreds of callers daily, using active listening and critical thinking to resolve customer service inquiries. Resolving complaints and concerns within the queue, investigating billing and fraudulent activity concerns, and processing account requests. Providing guidance on product features, diagnosing hardware and software issues, and screen sharing to resolve technical issues as needed. Coordinating appointments for further troubleshooting and maintenance, researching articles and work instructions to efficiently resolve inquiries. Documenting notes and summarizing conversation details, openly accepting feedback, coaching, and training to further develop your skills. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Service Specialist with blithequark, you will need: High School Diploma or GED: A foundational education requirement. Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to articulate your thoughts clearly and concisely, build rapport, and trust with people quickly. Technical Familiarity: Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred but not required. Adaptability: The ability to solicit feedback openly and adjust accordingly.
