About the Role In this full-time, remote position, you will work directly with arenaflex members in a fast-paced inbound contact center, providing exceptional service and building sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will apply problem-solving and critical thinking skills to research and communicate solutions in a variety of situations, handling customer concerns with empathy and ensuring timely resolutions.
