As a Remote Customer Success Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, supporting and consulting our potential and current parent-clients, and helping us achieve our mission. Job Overview We're looking for an experienced and passionate Customer Success Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for providing amazing customer experiences, building scalable systems and processes, and fostering positive, long-lasting relationships with parents and students. Key Responsibilities Act as the go-to resource for parent-clients, ensuring their concerns are heard, understood, and addressed quickly and efficiently. Foster positive, long-lasting relationships with parents and students, delivering exceptional service that builds trust and satisfaction. Address parent questions or concerns, ensuring that parent and student needs are met effectively and in a timely manner. Serve as the primary contact for potential customers, answering questions and providing support and consultation via WeChat, email, and phone calls. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns, and to identify opportunities for process improvements. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments. Work Environment and Schedule We offer a flexible remote work arrangement, allowing you to work from anywhere that suits you best. Our standard working hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm (Pacific Time), and we're looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you'll need to have: Previous customer service or customer-facing related experience, preferably in an education or technology setting. A passion for learning and excitement to grow by tackling challenges head-on within a team. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. A friendly, attentive, and customer-focused approach, with a knack for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional service. Fluency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential, as you'll be communicating with parents and students who speak Mandarin as their primary language. Comfort working in a remote environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively. Essential Qualifications In addition to the skills and experience listed above, you'll need to have: A high school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. education, communications, business) preferred. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly. Preferred Qualifications If you have the following skills and experience, you'll be a strong candidate for this role: Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in an education or technology setting. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools. Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues across different time zones. A certification in customer service or a related field, such as a Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP).
