Job Summary As a Remote Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling live chat messages from customers on our website and social media accounts. You will provide support and answer questions from existing and potential customers, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities Provide live chat support to customers on our website and social media accounts Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Handle a high volume of customer messages, prioritizing and managing multiple conversations simultaneously Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services Escalate complex issues to senior support agents or management as needed Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications A device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop) Reliable internet connection Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions 10+ hours availability per week Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer support or a related field Familiarity with live chat software and social media platforms Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities What We Offer Competitive Compensation At blithequark, we offer a competitive hourly rate of $25 to $35, depending on experience.
