Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner. Assist passengers with booking flights, managing reservations, and resolving issues related to their travel experience. Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, baggage policies, and arenaflex services. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues. Uphold arenaflex standards of excellence in customer service and contribute to a positive passenger experience. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions and resolve issues. Utilize computer navigation and basic software applications to manage customer interactions and resolve issues. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge. Essential Qualifications Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with customers' needs. Proficiency in computer navigation and basic software applications. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training a plus. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred. Familiarity with airline industry practices and procedures is beneficial. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
