Job Summary As a remote call center agent at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer support to our clients' customers. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through various channels of communication, including phone, chat, and email.
