Job Overview We are currently seeking a Remote Data Entry and Account Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for verifying, selecting, and onboarding Selling Partners into our Paid Service programs. You will be the primary point of contact for these partners throughout the entire sales process, and you will be expected to build strong relationships with them to drive business growth. The salary for this position is competitive, ranging from $28 to $35 per hour, and you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and engage potential Selling Partners for Key Account Services Develop a deep understanding of our Selling Partners and their needs, as well as the features and functionalities of our Paid Service programs Create compelling incentives around our Paid Service programs to drive business growth Prospect and close business to achieve monthly objectives for the quantity and quality of dealers enrolled Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and operational metrics Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and decisively Use customer data to inform proposals that maximize the potential of the assigned territory Implement and track metrics to maintain the success and quality of the vendors in your region Utilize these metrics to guide your work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity Understand and utilize CRM tools, such as Salesforce.com, to track all relevant account data and sales progress, as well as forecast and focus on achieving quarterly objectives Prepare and deliver business reviews regarding progress and state of health for the respective territory Develop a thorough understanding of the Amazon Marketplace third-party service industry, including knowledge of competing product offerings Assist internal partners to drive change, remove roadblocks, and close business Manage additional tasks while maintaining a current book of business, such as mentorship and sales analysis as needed Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong and diverse skillset, including: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, including 4 years of sales experience in E-commerce, retail technology, SaaS, or software industries At least 4 years of business-to-business selling experience Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-pitching organizations Proven ability to effectively influence at all levels within an organization, especially at the executive level Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach Always makes the best decision for the customer Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, we are looking for candidates who have: Ability to work with legal, product, and internal stakeholders to agree Solid business judgment, demonstrated ability to influence others Strong analytical skills, including Microsoft Excel Experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM tools Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities Creative, driven, and able to advocate for the customer Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to have a range of skills and competencies, including: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Amazon, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
