Key Responsibilities: Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail Participate in online research studies and focus groups Test and review products, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement Provide administrative support, including responding to emails and messages Meet deadlines and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in data entry, administrative support, and customer service. The following qualifications are essential: Education varies by study - all education levels accepted Current USA resident Speak, read, and understand English (Spanish a plus, as more opportunities are available) Able to focus and follow through on tasks and projects Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel (helpful but not mandatory) Reliable internet connection and a computer, laptop, or mobile device Preferred Qualifications: Backgrounds in Customer Service, Administrative Assisting, Sales, and Sales Support Experience with data entry software and tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic typing skills, with a minimum of 25 words per minute What You Need to Get Started To succeed in this role, you will need to have the following equipment and skills: A laptop or computer with a stable internet connection A smartphone or mobile device (for some studies) Microsoft Word or Excel (helpful but not mandatory) Data entry skills, with the ability to read, write, and take direction Basic typing skills, with a minimum of 25 words per minute Pay and Benefits At blithequark, we offer competitive pay and benefits to our team members.
