Job Overview In this role, you will be an integral part of our fulfillment team, responsible for receiving, processing, and shipping orders to our valued customers. Your duties will include selecting, packing, and loading boxes into trucks for shipment, ensuring that all orders are accurately fulfilled and delivered on time. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to work efficiently in a variety of areas, including merchandising, make-on-demand, customer returns, and general fulfillment. Key Responsibilities Receive and put away inventory, ensuring that all items are properly stored and easily accessible Get customer orders ready and pack them up, taking care to ensure that all items are included and packaged securely Load boxes into trucks for shipment, adhering to strict safety and quality standards Use scanners to read bar codes on products, accurately tracking inventory and orders View prompts on screens and follow directions for some tasks, utilizing technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency Troubleshoot problems and ensure that all issues are resolved promptly and effectively Ensure that all products meet quality requirements, maintaining high standards of excellence in every aspect of your work Operate power industrial trucks (PIT) such as a forklift or pallet driver, and work at heights up to 35 feet, with equipment training and certification provided free of cost Physical Demands In this role, you will be required to lift up to 49 pounds, push utility carts up to 60 pounds, and stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts. You will also need to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, and be able to go up and down stairs (where applicable). Additionally, you may be required to work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable), and adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards.
