About the Role We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Associate to process documents electronically, make outbound calls to doctor's offices, and process claims. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, possess excellent customer service and communication skills, and have strong data entry skills. As a Remote Data Entry Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. Key Responsibilities: Process documents electronically, including sorting, imaging, and archiving by form type Make outbound calls to doctor's offices, as volume permits Process claims and ensure document classification is completed and transmitted to clients Receive and process documents from electronic and hard copy forms Identify documents and their purpose, creating a database of information Classify documents based on contract requirements Verify data from automated data extraction tools Ensure transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level Perform other duties as assigned Comply with all policies and standards Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalency required Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, Outlook, and Word Secure workspace with high-speed internet Ability to pass a typing test Ability to sit for long periods and willing to work overtime if needed Well-organized with strong computer typing skills for effective note-taking Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong data entry skills Experience with computers and navigating through application software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Availability to work weekends and holidays, if required What We Offer As a Remote Data Entry Associate at Conduent, you will enjoy a range of benefits and opportunities, including: Full-time employment with a competitive salary starting at $14.50 per hour Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance PTO and sick days 401(k) plan with company match after 1 year of employment Opportunities for career growth and professional development Excellent culture and work environment Working for a Fortune 500 company with a global presence Training and Development We are committed to the training and development of our associates. As a Remote Data Entry Associate, you will participate in a mandatory paid training program that lasts 2-3 weeks. During training, you will earn $14.50 per hour.
