Key Responsibilities Input and maintain data into databases with precision and efficiency, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks. Verify accuracy of data input and correct any errors, maintaining high standards of quality and integrity. Organize and maintain electronic files and documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures regarding data security and confidentiality. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks, demonstrating excellent communication and teamwork skills. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data security and confidentiality, maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and integrity. Essential Qualifications Ability to type 40+ words per minute consistently, with high accuracy and efficiency. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with basic understanding of databases and data management principles. Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organizational and time management abilities. Working knowledge of U.S. geography, with written and oral understanding of the English language. Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. High school degree or equivalent, with previous experience in data entry or related field preferred but not required. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in data entry or related field, with demonstrated expertise in data management and analysis. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with experience in database management and data visualization tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. Skills and Competencies Strong typing and data entry skills, with high accuracy and efficiency. Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with strong self-motivation and discipline.
