Key Responsibilities Data Entry: Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners. Customer Data Input: Type in data provided directly from customers, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Spreadsheet Management: Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes, utilizing tools such as MS Office Excel. Data Verification: Verify data by comparing it to source documents to ensure accuracy and integrity. Data Updates: Update existing data to reflect changes and ensure the database remains current. Data Retrieval: Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested by senior team members or management. Requirements and Skills Essential Qualifications: Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role.
