Key Responsibilities Enter data from various sources into our databases with high accuracy and attention to detail. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, including responding to emails and phone calls, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks. Show up on time before the designated discussion start time and contribute to the discussion by completing both written and/or oral instructions. Fill out the written survey provided for each panel and provide feedback on products and services. Test the provided products and/or services and be prepared to discuss them ahead of the meeting date. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including data entry logs and reports. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless data management and administrative support. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Proven experience as a data entry clerk will be advantageous, but not required. Fast typing skills; knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred. Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.). Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices. Basic understanding of databases and data management principles. Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills. Great attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Additional certifications in data entry or related fields are a plus. Experience with data entry software and tools, such as database management systems and spreadsheet software. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities. Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent technical skills, including proficiency in word processing tools and spreadsheets, as well as strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
