If you are passionate about delivering outstanding customer support and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply! **Key Responsibilities** As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for: * Placing outbound customer calls, sending follow-up emails, and responding to general inquiries * Updating and maintaining customer call data, including customer care logs and profile pages * Providing administrative support, including profile creation and updating * Filing, data access, and document creation * Producing and resolving customer support concern tickets * Assisting with the preparation of mail related to the customer support process and handling exclusive administrative tasks, including word-processing, data entry, and web research * Managing the provider's entrance hall region, including greeting and administering guests, suppliers, customers, project candidates, and consumers * Directing and seating visitors to their designated offices and meeting rooms, and alerting staff members of their arrival/appointment * Performing general office duties, including filing, records entry, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and job tasks * Examining inventory supplies **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * To work from home in the United States * Proficiency in the MS Office Suite * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills * Proven ability to follow instructions and company guidelines to perform critical task functions * Illustrated problem-solving potential * Enthusiasm and focus, with the ability to multitask and prioritize requests * Higher attention to detail and powerful organizational skills * Analytical capabilities, with the ability to multitask and resolve internal issues * The potential to partner with minimal direction and resolve internal issues **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role: * Experience in customer support or administrative roles * Familiarity with CRM software and other customer support tools * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Experience with data entry and record-keeping **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our team members.
