Assist in generating reports and extracting data as needed, providing support to the team in data analysis and interpretation. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required, with a strong foundation in mathematics and computer skills. Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role is preferred, with a demonstrated ability to work accurately and efficiently in a data-driven environment. Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with a minimum of 40 words per minute and 95% accuracy rate. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with the ability to learn and adapt to new software applications. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with a reliable internet connection and a functional computer. Preferred Qualifications Additional certification in data entry or related field, such as a Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES) or a Certified Administrative Assistant (CAA). Experience with data management software and systems, such as database management systems or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
