Job Overview In this full-remote position, you will be responsible for performing all order entry functions, including prioritizing incoming orders, verifying the accuracy of received orders, and entering data and notes into our system. Your excellent workflow management skills will enable you to process customer orders quickly and efficiently, while maintaining the highest level of accuracy. As a data entry clerk at arenaflex, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with insurance companies, facilities, and clinical liaisons to ensure seamless communication and prompt processing of referrals. Key Responsibilities Perform all order entry functions, including prioritizing incoming orders, verifying the accuracy of received orders, and entering data and notes into our system Create computer-generated production tickets and edit orders as necessary Provide customers with facility-related information via telephonic conversations Work closely with insurance companies to determine patient benefits for skilled stays Process new business referrals promptly in our referral management system Participate in ongoing communication with facilities and clinical liaisons regarding referrals Perform benefit verifications accurately using different insurance portals Supply accurate information to the best of your knowledge per the data entry expectation list Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in healthcare admissions, marketing, or sales. While not required, experience in data entry or a related field is preferred. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with insurance companies, facilities, and clinical liaisons. Your strong attention to detail and organizational skills will enable you to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
