Job Summary The Remote Data Entry Clerk will play a pivotal role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of vendor data across blithequark's supply chain systems. The ideal candidate will possess excellent data management skills, a high level of attention to detail, and a passion for supporting operational excellence through precision and consistency. This is a remote position, providing the flexibility to work from anywhere while being part of a dynamic and supportive team. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter, update, and verify vendor and product data in blithequark systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency. Review purchase orders, shipping details, and vendor documents to identify discrepancies or inconsistencies in data and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them. Support the onboarding process for new vendors by collecting and validating required documentation, maintaining digital records, and ensuring database cleanliness. Generate and analyze basic data reports to support Vendor Support and Procurement teams, providing insights that inform business decisions. Adhere to data security protocols and confidentiality guidelines, ensuring the protection of sensitive information. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy, demonstrating the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. Essential Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a significant plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems. Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy, with a strong focus on quality and precision. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline. Comfortable using internal databases, tools, and systems with minimal supervision, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Preferred Experience and Qualifications 1+ years of experience in a data entry, administrative, or clerical role, with remote experience being highly preferred. Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or vendor support is an advantage, with familiarity with blithequark's systems (Vendor Central, Seller Central, etc.) being highly desirable but not required. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle repetitive tasks with sustained focus and accuracy. Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude, with a commitment to continuous learning and process improvement. Familiarity with cloud-based communication and project management tools (e.g., Slack, Trello, Zoom), with a willingness to adapt to new technologies and systems.
