About the Job: Data Entry Clerks / No Experience (Remote) We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as remote data entry clerks. As a data entry clerk, you will be responsible for performing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer tasks for alternative investments. Your primary focus will be on processing trade deal purchases in customer profiles, identifying and addressing breaks recognized between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents, and processing corporate activity activities, settling/reconciling transactions, and processing/reconciling returns activity. Key Responsibilities: • Process trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identify/address breaks recognized between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents • Perform daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer tasks for alternative investments • Process corporate activity activities, settle/reconcile transactions, and process/reconcile returns activity • Analyze complex/escalated issues and perform testing/validation of new technology enhancements and provider changes • Collaborate with retail and institutional service teams using email, phone, Slack, Outlook, and Salesforce • Embodiment of TD Ameritrade Cleaning in daily interactions with fund companies, transfer agents, counterparties, and other external business partners Duties Analysis: • Review of subscription deals or transfer requests • Client/Advisor amount exceptions • Regulatory commitments (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3) • Reconciliation of Business, Dividend, and Transactions Breaks • Reconciling across BOS and Fund Companies • Review and analysis of correct tax coding and corrections of tax coding Troubleshooting: • Internal/External system improvements or issues • Root cause of breaks between TDA, the Fund, etc. • Providing method or technology solution alternatives to Management • Remediating transfer issues with the Fund or Counterparty Firm Client or Business Partner • Answering business partner inquiries regarding Fund information requirements/eligibility • Providing follow-up on Substitute Investment moves to expedite the customer request or remediate not neat issues • Prompt and correct completion of client investing and dividend requests Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have: • No prior experience necessary – we provide comprehensive training • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office • High school diploma or equivalent required Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: • Previous experience in data entry or a related field • Familiarity with financial services or investment industry • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) • Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field Skills and Competencies: To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and competencies: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: At Workwarp, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
