Key Responsibilities As a Remote Data Entry Operator with arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: Performing all order entry functions, including prioritizing incoming orders, verifying the accuracy of received orders, and entering orders with all relevant data and notes. Creating computer-generated production tickets, editing orders, and sending them to the next receiver for processing. Maintaining workflow priorities in accordance with our standards and guidelines to ensure timely and efficient order processing. Implementing 5S Workplace Organization requirements to maintain a clutter-free and organized work environment. Following work instructions for the area and collaborating closely with the customer service team (CSA) to ensure seamless order processing. Entering all types of orders, including those with complex requirements or special instructions. Proofreading and verifying orders for accuracy and completeness before sending them for further processing. In addition to these core responsibilities, you may be required to perform miscellaneous tasks and activities as directed by your Supervisor or Manager. Your ability to adapt to changing priorities and workload demands will be essential in this role.
