Key Responsibilities As a remote data entry pharmacy technician at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: Performing data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency, ensuring that all patient and prescription information is up-to-date and accurate. Assisting pharmacists with receiving and processing new prescriptions, including verifying patient information and prescription details. Assisting with the completion of Medication Therapy Management (MTM) programs and data collection as needed. Providing support to the Operations team and Remote Data Entry (RDO) staff as required. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a pharmacy technician, with extensive knowledge of Pioneer Rx. Licensure as a pharmacy technician with the Missouri Board of Pharmacy. Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, providers, and staff members. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use resources to resolve issues efficiently. Ability to work independently and be self-motivated, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Current national pharmacy technician certification. High school diploma or GED, with a strong science background and knowledge of the metric system and pharmacy terminology. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience working in a remote data entry environment. Familiarity with aseptic techniques and medication names. Experience with Medicare DMEPOS paperwork and controlled substance dispensing rules.
