You will work collaboratively and independently, using your skills and expertise to deliver high-quality results and contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex. This is a full-time remote position, with a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career advancement. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform data entry with high accuracy, per client's requirements * Perform manual identification of different types of forms (MEDI) * Classify documents based on client's requirements * Work on different tasks (Data Entry, Verify, MEDI & other DE tasks) based on established procedures and guidelines * Work under close supervision, with the ability to problem-solve and self-guide * Comply with company policies and standards * Demonstrate excellent customer service and organizational skills * Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks **Essential Qualifications** * High School Diploma or equivalent * 1-2 years of experience in a working environment * Office work environment, 40+ work hours per week * Ability to demonstrate basic PC/Internet skills * Computer Skills: Introductory knowledge of Microsoft products (i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel) * Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time * Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated * Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment * Great Customer Service and excellent organizational skills * Strong attention to detail; Must translate information effectively and accurately **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field * Knowledge of MEDI and other data entry tasks * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills **Skills and Competencies** * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks * Excellent customer service and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated * Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** arenaflex is committed to helping our employees grow and succeed in their careers.
