Key Responsibilities Liaise with employees within blithequark and customers to collect information, following up as necessary to ensure timely and accurate data capture Capture data into relevant databases, utilizing your knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel to create accurate spreadsheets and ensure data integrity Identify and correct errors, swiftly bringing them to the attention of relevant parties and storing hard copies of data in an organized manner for optimal retrieval Gather reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients, scanning through information to identify pertinent details Enter and update information into relevant databases, ensuring data is backed up and informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered Handle additional duties as assigned, demonstrating your flexibility and commitment to supporting the team Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent At least 1+ years of experience in a relevant field, such as data entry, administration, or customer service Excellent command of English, both written and verbal Strong knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel, with the ability to create accurate spreadsheets and utilize formulas and functions Proficient touch typing skills, with the ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, customers, and other stakeholders Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively Knowledge of data management principles and practices, with the ability to identify and correct errors and ensure data integrity Experience with database management systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and technologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
