Key Responsibilities Complete data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency Participate in online research studies, providing valuable feedback on products and services Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues through email, phone, and video conferencing Meet productivity and quality standards, with minimal supervision Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, attending training sessions and workshops as needed Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A computer with internet access and a quiet workspace Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions Basic data entry skills, with the ability to type at least 25 words per minute A stable internet connection and a reliable laptop or desktop computer Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, experience in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support can be beneficial in this role. Additionally, a background in healthcare, warehouse work, delivery driving, or other related fields can be an asset.
