Job Overview In this role, you will be working with the Cost and Tasks Investigation team, focusing on improving efficiency, automation, and supplier experience. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering robust solutions and will be responsible for managing and analyzing large datasets to inform business decisions. This is a remote opportunity, and you will have the flexibility to work from home and enjoy a better work-life balance. Key Responsibilities: Executing models, developing tools, and algorithms to optimize processes related to the case environment. Identifying and measuring opportunities for analysis to improve efficiency and increase automation in claim settlement and claim adjust. Creating, validating, and executing algorithms and predictive models to investigate problems, identify patterns, and suggest solutions. Investigating, comparing, and interpreting large volumes of data in various formats. Performing analyses of structured and unstructured data to solve reasonably complex business problems. Using advanced statistical procedures and numerical analyses. Creating data models and pipelines to integrate, collect, and normalize data that produces insights and addresses reporting needs. Utilizing data visualization methods to communicate analytical results and support business decisions. Assessing the data needs of assigned projects and ensuring the integrity of the data. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: 2+ years of significant analytical experience. Experience programming using R or Python. Experience in SQL.
