Job Overview As a remote data entry specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for entering and updating data with precision and swiftness, while also ensuring that the information is accurate and consistent with our company's guidelines. You will work closely with our team to review and analyze field reports, update work orders, and process invoices for payment. Your excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel, as well as your strong interpersonal and communication skills, will enable you to effectively communicate with our team and provide high-quality results. Key Responsibilities Review 40-60 work orders, review and analyze field reports, and make updates to work orders accordingly. Receive and process invoices for payment and update invoice details accordingly. Generate template files and download and pre-process multiple datasets in Excel. Send manager weekly progress report on closed work orders. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring data consistency and integrity. Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Good command of English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new software applications. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed. Proficient touch typing skills, with a minimum of 40 words per minute. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in data entry or a related field. Knowledge of database management systems and data analysis techniques. Experience with cloud-based software applications and collaboration tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
