Job Overview The successful candidate will be accountable for entering and updating data with accuracy and consistency, while also ensuring that the information is in line with arenaflex's guidelines and policies. Key Responsibilities Review 40-60 work orders, analyze field reports, and make updates to work orders accordingly, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date. Receive and process invoices for payment, updating invoice details as necessary, and ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded correctly. Generate template files, download and pre-process multiple datasets in Excel, and perform other data-related tasks as required. Send a weekly progress report to the manager, detailing closed work orders and providing insights into workflow and productivity. Maintain accurate and consistent records, ensuring that all data is handled in accordance with arenaflex's policies and procedures. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will require: A high school diploma or equivalent qualification. A good command of English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. The ability to concentrate for lengthy periods, performing accurately with adequate speed and attention to detail. Proficient touch typing skills, with a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable: Previous experience in data entry or a related field, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency. Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including Access and PowerPoint. Experience with database management systems and data analysis software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors.
