As a data entry specialist, you will play a critical role in acquiring, developing, and managing high-value debts that drive new product selection, fee pricing, and convenience to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to study product selection gaps and execute go-to-market strategies to attract key marketplace players to join our e-commerce platform and maximize our product selection and customer base. Key Responsibilities Growing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and worldwide developments/activities, and continuously monitoring competitor efforts. Identifying, prospecting, and acquiring high-potential sellers to our platform via direct sales visits, events, and presentations. Guiding dealers through sharing best practices of online selling, including data-driven insights that help dealers achieve high standards of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives. Participating with and influencing internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor problems. Qualifications Essential Qualifications A Bachelor's degree is required. Perfect applicants should own 1 to 3 years of successful enterprise-class sales experience, preferably in the e-commerce, technology, retail, FMCG industries. Demonstrated achievement in exceeding income objectives using a consultative and solutions-focused approach. Experience promoting nascent products/offering into new markets is strongly favored. Advanced conversation and presentation abilities, a strong working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs, and an ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be very enthusiastic about success and winning. Remarkable business judgment with strong written and oral communication skills. Advanced analytical abilities and quantitative skills. At ease with complicated financial data and polished communication abilities - speaking, writing, imparting, and negotiating. Ability to think and lead in a high-energy, rapid-paced environment with a hands-on management of responsibilities, and demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities concurrently. Preferred Qualifications 2 years of e-commerce experience is a plus. 3 years of experience in the consumer electronics quarter is a plus. 3 years of direct sales experience is a plus.
