Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting and modifying the Warehouse Management System, as well as acting as the local point of contact between the Data Center and Application Development departments. You will work closely with the Network/Telecom departments and the Technology Office to facilitate, investigate, and implement physical infrastructure that supports the DC where appropriate, as well as administer and support section of all moves/add/change requests. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with MHE vendors as it relates to data handling Work with all smart devices including Sortation Control Systems Coordinate all data backups and data recovery procedures Act as a liaison between warehouse office, WMS vendor, and MIS Department for issue resolution Support all data processing equipment including printers and terminals Support LAN (Local) design Implement all future releases of software Coordinate inventory tracking of in-stock supplies including forms, labels, etc. and report usage to MIS Supervise non-exempt staff Maintain all control tables within the WMS including access security Monitor the performance of the system application to ensure it is ready and available to all end-users Manage the peripheral interfaces with the WMS like Neoware Terminals, RF Devices, and Printers Manage and monitor end-user access and privileges and report to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis Develop reporting tools for users to have better visibility into the WMS and Operating Metrics, whether through Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 2+ years of IT experience including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Oracle, etc. 2+ years of experience in a distribution environment (preferred) 2+ years of experience with using SQL, MS-Excel, Access, and MS-Word Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Project management experience a plus Bachelor's Degree in IT focus preferred Experience with data entry and data management Familiarity with warehouse management systems What We Offer At CVS Health, we offer a competitive hourly rate of $25, as well as a range of benefits and perks, including: Opportunities for career growth and professional development A supportive and inclusive work environment A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage A 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match Paid time off and holidays Access to exclusive discounts and perks Our Culture and Values At CVS Health, we are committed to fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
