Key Responsibilities As a remote data entry specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: Efficiently managing data entry operations in a WFH setting, ensuring accuracy and timely processing during night and day shifts. Participating in quality management (QM) work plan exercises, utilizing measurement and analysis to process, assess, and make recommendations to meet QM targets. Conducting on-site clinical and administrative reviews for all lines of business, including AHCCCS, DES, and DCS-CHP. Creating review tools for all populations and tracking fulfillment of remedial action plans. Completing data entry on all review tools and participating in inter-rater reliability and scoring guidelines. Attending QM meetings and contributing to the development of remedial action plans. Conducting post-employment surveys with clinical and leadership staff to review survey results and identify areas for improvement. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare or social sciences. At least one year of experience in healthcare or social health, with a strong understanding of clinical and administrative operations. Ability to travel to suppliers' offices up to 80% of the time, as required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel. High attention to detail and strong analytical skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: RN or LPN licensure, with clinical experience in a related field. Experience in clinical record QM evaluating or case management, with a strong understanding of quality management principles and practices. High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
