Key Responsibilities: Support the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches, utilizing your excellent analytical and communication skills. Propose new alternatives to identify candidates, demonstrating your creativity and proactive approach to recruitment. Identify opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area, contributing to the continuous development of our recruitment strategies. Manage the notices in the different job portals with which we work, ensuring that all job postings are up-to-date and accurately reflect our company's requirements. Evaluate the candidates that apply to our job postings, utilizing your attention to detail and analytical skills to identify top talent. Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for the different searches we have open, utilizing your knowledge of the industry and recruitment best practices.
