Job Overview As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be an integral part of our Talent Acquisition Team, working on various projects with multicultural teams distributed globally. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the Recruiting area in identifying and contacting potential candidates, proposing new alternatives for candidate identification, and managing job portals. You will also be responsible for analyzing professional profiles, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and contributing to the development of our recruitment strategies. Key Responsibilities: Support the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches, utilizing your excellent analytical and communication skills. Propose new alternatives to identify candidates, demonstrating your creativity and proactive approach to recruitment. Identify opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area, contributing to the continuous development of our recruitment strategies. Manage the notices in the different job portals with which we work, ensuring that all job postings are up-to-date and accurately reflect our company's requirements. Evaluate the candidates that apply to our job postings, utilizing your attention to detail and analytical skills to identify top talent. Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for the different searches we have open, utilizing your knowledge of the industry and recruitment best practices. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, qualifications, and personal qualities that align with our company's values and mission. These include: Essential Qualifications: Proactivity and ability to work in a team, demonstrating your capacity to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive and productive work environment. Marked attention to detail in daily work, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and to a high standard. 1+ previous work experience in a related field, although this is not essential, it is highly desirable. Advanced English level, enabling you to communicate effectively with colleagues and candidates from diverse backgrounds. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, although this is not essential, it is highly desirable. Knowledge of recruitment software and systems, including applicant tracking systems and job portals. Experience working in a multicultural environment, with a strong understanding of diversity and inclusion principles.
