Key Responsibilities: Enter personal customer information into databases as collected from forms or spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Review all data for errors and report any unusual findings to management, providing recommendations for improvement Collect and determine the completeness of all information before entering data into software programs, ensuring that all necessary fields are populated Scan and print required documents needed to collect information for data entry, maintaining a thorough and organized record of all paperwork Work in accordance with privacy guidelines as dictated by state and federal law, ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive customer information Generate weekly and monthly reports regarding sales information or areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions Ensure proper updates of required software and train new employees as needed on company processes, serving as a subject matter expert and resource for the team File and organize paperwork used to enter data into programs, maintaining a record of original documents and ensuring easy access and retrieval Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
