Job Summary This is a remote, full-time or part-time position that offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Data Entry Associate with arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting customer and account data, compiling and verifying information, and ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive data. This role is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, organized, and possess excellent typing skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong ability to stay focused on assigned tasks. Key Responsibilities Inputting customer and account data from source documents within designated time limits, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Compiling, verifying, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry, identifying and correcting any deficiencies or errors. Reviewing data for incompatibilities, checking output, and researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents as needed. Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations to ensure data security and integrity. Scanning documents and printing files when required, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency in all tasks. Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with arenaflex's security policies and procedures. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with proven data entry work experience as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk. Familiarity with MS Office and data programs is essential, as is a strong typing speed and accuracy. You should also be comfortable with administrative duties, have excellent organization skills, and be able to maintain confidentiality and focus on assigned tasks. Preferred Qualifications While not required, additional certification in Office Management is highly desirable, as is experience working in a remote or virtual team environment.
