Review all entered data to ensure adherence to high-quality standards, maintaining the confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Professionally collaborate with team members as needed to optimize workflow, suggesting and proposing improvements or enhancements to job processes. Complete daily tasks efficiently and thoroughly while adhering to deadlines, executing additional office duties as assigned by management. Maintain the confidentiality of client data, upholding the highest standards of data protection and security. Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Previous experience in a data entry role or similar position, with a strong commitment to quality and confidentiality. Familiarity with healthcare documents and processes, as well as knowledge of HIPAA regulations. High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications or training in data entry or related fields being an advantage. Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 50 words per minute (WPM) and 95% accuracy, as well as 4,500 keystrokes per hour (KPH) with 95% accuracy. Proficiency in reading and speaking English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and proactive attitude. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience handling sensitive information and knowledge of HIPAA regulations. Familiarity with data entry software and technology, as well as experience working in a fast-paced environment. Additional certifications or training in data entry, healthcare, or a related field. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be eligible for a competitive compensation package, including: Pay rate: $12 per hour. Shifts: Part-time and full-time opportunities available, with a preference for full-time. Minimum of 20 hours per week required.
