Key Responsibilities and Duties As a remote data entry operator at arenaflex, your primary duties will include: Entering customer and account data from various sources into corresponding fields within arenaflex's database software, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Identifying and correcting errors using appropriate quality control methods to maintain high standards of data integrity. Reviewing data for discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents to ensure completeness and accuracy. Notifying applicable department leadership if the system is not accepting information, and collaborating with the team to resolve any technical issues. Maintaining a daily production log to ensure all time and work is accurately documented, and meeting productivity targets. Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management team, and being adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines. Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: Excellent alpha and number recognition skills, with the ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment. Ability to key 10,000 keystrokes per hour (equivalent to 45-50 wpm), with high accuracy and attention to detail. Two years of experience in a full data entry capacity is preferred, although we will consider candidates with less experience who demonstrate exceptional skills and aptitude. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management via phone, email, and instant messaging. Ability to work both independently and as part of a group, with minimal supervision and a high degree of self-motivation. Reliable and predictable attendance of your assigned shift, with the ability to work full-time and/or part-time based on the specific position for which you're applying. Preferred Qualifications and Experience While not essential, the following qualifications and experience are preferred: High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and computer skills. Two years of experience in a full data entry capacity, with a proven track record of accuracy, productivity, and attention to detail. Experience working with database software and data entry systems, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve errors and discrepancies in data.
