Focus Areas in Data Infrastructure Teams Database Access Platform : Our team builds and operates a flexible query gateway that facilitates data abstractions to work at sub-millisecond latencies, enabling arenaflex microservices to store, consume, and manage their data more effectively. Data Platform Infrastructure : This team acts as a foundation for our internal data platforms, providing a common framework and tooling that allows arenaflex to rapidly simplify the delivery of cutting-edge data and analytics systems to the rest of the organization without building custom platforms for each new system. Data Ingestion and Processing : We offer a self-service cleared path product to enable varied client personas across arenaflex to meet their low-latency data ingestion and processing needs, supporting reflection across complex streaming structures like Kafka and Flink, and providing a pattern-driven processing experience. Big Data Figure : Responsible for providing the cloud-native platform for distributed data processing at arenaflex, this team is crucial to batch data processing in the Data Platform, offering support for Spark, ETL data into the Petabytes-scale data warehouse, and accessing that data using Spark and Voila/TrinoDB. Big Data Orchestration : Our team provides the platform for planning, scheduling, and executing big data jobs and workflows in a self-serve way, including essential services that have all ETL and ML jobs running on Big Data Systems at arenaflex. Job Responsibilities As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a key role in supporting our data infrastructure teams. Your responsibilities will include: Entering data into our systems with high accuracy and attention to detail Managing and maintaining large datasets, ensuring data quality and integrity Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data-related issues Developing and implementing data management processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity Providing excellent customer service, responding to data-related inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have: 2+ years of experience in data entry, data management, or a related field Strong knowledge of data management principles, data quality, and data governance Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines Strong attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy and quality in your work Preferred Qualifications Experience with data management tools and technologies, such as databases, data warehouses, and data governance platforms Knowledge of programming languages, such as Java, Python, or SQL Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure Certifications in data management, data science, or a related field What We Offer At arenaflex, we offer a unique and dynamic work environment that is designed to help you grow and thrive.
