Sort and organize paperwork, both electronic and hard copy, following data entry, to ensure a streamlined and efficient process. Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required, demonstrating a strong foundation in basic skills and knowledge. Prior work experience in data entry, preferably in a medical, legal, or insurance claims office, although not essential. Typing proficiency, with a preferred level of at least 45 words per minute (wpm) accuracy and no errors, is essential for success in this role. Some understanding of the internal processes of medical facilities and med-legal terminology is desirable, although training will be provided to the right candidate. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
