Job Overview We are looking for a part-time Data Entry Specialist to work Monday through Friday from 6am to approximately 11am/12pm. After completing our comprehensive training program, you will have the opportunity to work independently and enjoy a hybrid remote schedule. As a key member of our Finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the financial operations of our dental implant centers. Key Responsibilities Understand and live our company values, ensuring that all interactions with patients, colleagues, and stakeholders reflect our commitment to excellence and integrity Handle confidential patient information with discretion, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and adhering to our data protection policies Enter data from each center's daily report into our Excel tracking sheet, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Follow up with center management to obtain missing documents or information as needed, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills Enter monthly patient feedback scores into our master case tracker, providing valuable insights into patient satisfaction and experience Reconcile data across multiple sources into a daily report for the accounting manager, ensuring that all financial information is accurate and up-to-date Collaborate with the sales and management team to ensure accuracy and consistency in all financial operations, fostering a culture of teamwork and open communication Attend weekly meetings with the accounting manager to check in, receive training, and discuss any challenges or concerns, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development Able to learn and train on new software and procedures as needed, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities with ease and flexibility Document new and existing policies and procedures, ensuring that all financial operations are transparent, efficient, and compliant with regulatory requirements Assist the accounting department with other tasks as needed, demonstrating a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to the success of the team Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Strong attention to detail, with a proven track record of accuracy and precision in data entry and financial operations Intermediate to advanced experience with Excel, including PivotTable experience, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems Data entry experience, with a strong understanding of financial operations and accounting principles Strong math and number skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data with ease Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, patients, and stakeholders Able to handle confidential information with discretion, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and integrity Able to adapt and change as the company grows, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills and competencies Friendly and positive attitude, with a team-oriented approach and a commitment to open communication and collaboration Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded: Advanced experience with Excel, including macros and VBA programming Experience with financial operations and accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero Knowledge of dental implant industry, with an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities facing our centers Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment, with a proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively Certification in data entry or financial operations, such as Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES) or Certified Bookkeeper (CB) Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the ongoing development and growth of our employees.
