Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced remote data entry specialist to work from the comfort of their own home. As a data entry specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer information, ensuring completion within timed deadlines, and facilitating auditing of customer-generated file listings against box contents. Key Responsibilities Accurately process customer information and ensure completion within timed deadlines, with a minimum of 6000 keystrokes per hour (KPH) Facilitate auditing of customer-generated file listings against box contents Interface and coordinate with operations, customer services, and account management teams Escalate any serious operational issues immediately to the Data Entry Team Leader Carry out duties deemed necessary by arenaflex management Ensure full compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and other key operating standards Ensure compliance with Health and Safety (including Fire and First Aid) & ISO standards, as well as arenaflex policies and procedures Process client information from transmittal sheets and boxes and input data onto SKP or DCS Use the system to verify customer records Set up DCS screens Transmit data to customers Research and resolve system data issues Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following essential qualifications: Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions Good customer service behaviors and effective communication skills Ability to work and communicate confidently within a multicultural environment and with all levels of the organization Meticulous attention to detail and ability to input a large volume of data onto the system accurately Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines IT literate with knowledge of using all Windows-based packages (Word, Excel, Outlook) Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Data entry or administrative assistant experience Background in healthcare, warehouse work, delivery driving, customer service, or other related fields Experience working within an operational service delivery role Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and competencies: Strong organizational and coordination skills Able to take direction and prioritize tasks from multiple team members Ability to navigate a fast-moving environment with poise Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
