Key Responsibilities Accurately process customer information and ensure completion within timed deadlines, with a minimum of 6000 keystrokes per hour (KPH) Facilitate auditing of customer-generated file listings against box contents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Interface and coordinate with operations, customer services, and account management teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration Escalate any serious operational issues immediately to the Data Entry Team Leader, demonstrating strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Carry out duties deemed necessary by arenaflex management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Ensure full compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and other key operating standards, as well as Health and Safety (including Fire and First Aid) & ISO standards, and arenaflex policies and procedures Process client information from transmittal sheets and boxes, inputting data onto SKP or DCS with accuracy and attention to detail Use the system to verify customer records, ensuring data integrity and consistency Set up DCS screens, transmit data to customers, and research and resolve system data issues, demonstrating strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities Essential Qualifications Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills Computer with internet access and a quiet work space away from distractions, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision Good customer service behaviors, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work confidently within a multicultural environment Ability to input a large volume of data onto the system accurately, with meticulous attention to detail and ensuring that everything is input in a timely manner Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines, with strong time management and prioritization skills IT literate with knowledge of using all Windows-based packages (Word, Excel, Outlook), with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly Preferred Qualifications Data entry or administrative assistant experience, with a background in healthcare, warehouse work, delivery driving, customer service, or other related fields Experience working within an operational service delivery role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to navigate a fast-moving environment with poise and confidence Able to take direction and prioritize tasks from multiple team members, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development, and we offer a range of training and learning programs to help you build new skills and advance your career.
